Constantly receiving volume discrepancy notices is exhausting and the time taken to go back and figure out the issues is time consuming in your already busy schedule. We are here to solve both those problems.
Production reporting is one of the first places the ONRR checks for accurate reporting. If volumes reported on the OGOR do not agree to the 2014 then the ONRR will issue a compliance request. This is not an audit, but it does require either a correction to one of the reports or support given to the ONRR showing what was reported is accurate. The ONRR uses a standard calculation to tie the 2014 Residue, NGL, and Field Fuel volumes back to the OGOR. Some areas of production that have high CO2 or N2 can account for these volume discrepancies.
As part of our reporting process we will make sure your OGOR volumes agree to the 2014. We will work with your operations folks as well to make sure that oil inventories are correctly accounted for each month and oil sales are accurately accounted allocated.
